In an interview on the Rachel Maddow show a controversy emerged about Civil Rights. I feel the news media is not correctly making a connection to Dr Pauls direction. Civil Rights is about minorities and I think he might invent a new minority. Gun owners and the right to carry. Forty eight of our fifty states have concealed carry permits. If minorities cannot be banned from entering establishments, then neither can gun owners.
